... and welcome to our journey...

I (greyson) am a 23 y/o brand new graduate of mississippi college (as of dec. '08). Tupelo, MS native. Ever since graduation, I have been back home working at an outdoor store -called Trails & Treads- with some awesome people. I've been loving the job, trying to save up a little more money to do this thing that I've wanted to do for so long. And it is finally here... the appalachian trail begins in a few short hours.

I have been so fortunately blessed to have a friend in Micah Jehosephat Naylor (not his real middle name-but not exactly sure what it is either), Stone Mt., GA native. He & I go back to 2004, where we first worked together at a camp called Lake Forest Ranch. Our friendship has grown over the years due to our shared asphyxiation to our creator, music, and the outdoors.

I'll let him tell you about himself, and I'll post a little more a little later on. must get rest for tomorrow we hike. thanks for caring. prayers are much felt and appreciated.
